The AULP Awards 2024

In 2024 AULP was delighted to launch the AULP Awards, a brand new initiative designed to recognise and celebrate the achievements of legal teams and professionals working in the Higher Education sector. The AULP Awards provide an opportunity to highlight the excellence, innovation and dedication shown by legal staff working across HE and be a platform for acknowledging the exceptional talent within the sector.

The AULP Awards 2024 were held on the evening of Thursday 20th June as part of the Gala dinner at the AULP Annual Conference 2024, hosted by Loughborough University. The awards were a major highlight of the conference, giving us a chance to focus on some of the fantastic in-house lawyers and legal teams, and their projects, that contribute so significantly to the success of our universities.

We were very proud to be shortlisted for the Community Contribution Award for our team's work on Net Zero and Climate Change. Huge congratulations to everyone who was nominated. It was the evidence we needed to prove what we knew all along: lawyers in higher education are doing amazing things every day.
